Warehouse/Manufacturing Technician

A&L Machining is a high-production precision CNC machine shop with decades of experience. Our operation is growing and we are seeking highly motivated individuals seeking a team-oriented, supportive work environment.

Description: Function as part of the deburr/secondary operations team.

  • Participate in purchasing, packaging, shipping, receiving
  • Deburr precision metal parts with hand tools
  • Bead blast metal parts
  • Operate forklift
  • Operate CNC band saw
  • Operate grinder and other power and manual tools
  • Perform in process inspections
  • Complete documentation as required by assigned task
  • Perform preventative maintenance duties
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and teammates.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Prior experience with deburr
  • Prior experience with hand tools
  • Prior manufacturing experience
  • Comfortable using computers
  • Warehouse/Shipping/Receiving experience

Pay: $18.29-$19.29 starting

Benefits: Profit sharing/bonus program, health+dental+vision, holiday+sick+vacation PTO, life insurance, long term/short-term disability, Health Savings Account (HSA), career progression opportunities with three distinct career tracts

Shifts available: Starting shift will be on days, 10 hour shifts or 8 hour shifts, weekend shifts available after reaching a certain level of competency, night shifts available in the future.
