Warehouse/Manufacturing Technician
A&L Machining is a high-production precision CNC machine shop with decades of experience. Our operation is growing and we are seeking highly motivated individuals seeking a team-oriented, supportive work environment.
Description: Function as part of the deburr/secondary operations team.
- Participate in purchasing, packaging, shipping, receiving
- Deburr precision metal parts with hand tools
- Bead blast metal parts
- Operate forklift
- Operate CNC band saw
- Operate grinder and other power and manual tools
- Perform in process inspections
- Complete documentation as required by assigned task
- Perform preventative maintenance duties
- Communicate effectively with leadership and teammates.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Detail oriented and organized
- Prior experience with deburr
- Prior experience with hand tools
- Prior manufacturing experience
- Comfortable using computers
- Warehouse/Shipping/Receiving experience

Pay: $18.29-$19.29 starting
Benefits: Profit sharing/bonus program, health+dental+vision, holiday+sick+vacation PTO, life insurance, long term/short-term disability, Health Savings Account (HSA), career progression opportunities with three distinct career tracts
Shifts available: Starting shift will be on days, 10 hour shifts or 8 hour shifts, weekend shifts available after reaching a certain level of competency, night shifts available in the future.
