We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter to join our growing healthcare company in Baltimore, MD! Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, this individual must be a positive, goal-driven, independent professional with a successful track record who enjoys working in a fast paced environment. The ideal recruiter also has outstanding verbal and written communication skills and enjoys traveling, making calls, and being the first impression of the organization.

This is a new role for our company, and the Corporate Recruiter will be able to establish and build out the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct full cycle recruiting for corporate and field based positions across the U.S..
  • Define position specifications, identify and interview candidates, and end-to-end process management through to offer in collaboration with hiring managers and the HR department.
  • Develop search strategies, execute with energy and integrity, and provide a high-tough experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Act as a true search partner and consultant on talent, the job market, and related trends.
  • Establish and drive a targeted university program to capture talent. Research and attend job fairs, conferences, and other recruitment opportunities.
  • Research association publications, web sites and other appropriate resources on which to post opportunities.
  • Work closely with hiring manager and candidates to schedule and coordinate all aspects of the interview processes.
  • Ability to travel 15%.

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in human resources, related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years full-cycle corporate recruiting.
  • Experience with ADP ATS is a plus.
  • Approachable, professional demeanor
  • Independent decision-making skills and utilization of sound judgement.
  • Excellent communication skills including negotiation skills. Must be able to establish rapport and effective working relationships.
  • Must be able to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage a large workload, to meet established deadlines.
  • Ability to independently plan, organize, prioritize, schedule, coordinate, and make decisions relating to assigned tasks.
  • Very strong customer service orientation, positive attitude, highly self-motivated, directed and change oriented.
  • Ability to apply discretion, trust with confidential information, along with the ability to formulate a sound decision using the available information.
