COMPANY NAME:JCB IncPOSITION TITLE:District Service ManagerPOSITION DUTIES:Support JCB Dealer/National Account network, ensuring dealers can offer adequate product support for all JCB products;Conduct technical service training courses on all JCB products;Provide technical product support to dealers and assist with resolution of complex technical issues, establishing the root cause for machine issues and break downs;Lead the resolution of product concerns on JCB s product lines;Assist dealers with warranty policy training, implementation, and administration;Compile technical information bulletins and documents ensuring all technical resolutions are communicated to the dealers;Assist dealers with parts sales and marketing;Work closely with the Business Unit to ensure new products are introduced to the markets, to the required customer service and quality standards;Ensure all dealer personnel are trained and functional with JCB product support systems and tools;Write and deliver technical service training to all dealers;Identify, quantify, prioritize technical concerns by use of technical reports.POSITION REQUIREMENTS:Four years of full-time work experience as sales technician, development technician, technical service specialist or related occupations.SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:Experience to include: 1) Extensive knowledge of JCB s agricultural and construction product ranges; 2) Detailed understanding of hydraulic machine systems, digital electrical controllers, engine and powertrain systems and high-speed agricultural suspension; 3) Detailed knowledge of machine manufacturing processes and techniques (fabricating, machining, bench-fitting, etc); 4) Providing technical assistance and training on agricultural and construction heavy machines.LOCATION OF POSITION:JCB Inc2000 Bamford BlvdPooler, GA 31322APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:Please submit your resume to ...@jcb.com orApply at:
