TARCG are recruiting for a Compliance Assistant on behalf of a client based in Nevada, USA.


Our client is the largest, most successful, and fastest-growing private jet charter operator in their location. They have been growing at 30% 50% each year and are actively hiring for a motivated, detail-oriented Compliance Assistant to join their dedicated team of aviation professionals.


The Compliance Assistant provides administrative support to the Director of Operations and Chief Pilot, including (but not limited to):

  • Maintaining aircraft document currency and compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (registration, licenses, COIs, permits, fuel cards, subscriptions, etc.).
  • Maintaining pilot record currency and compliance with all regulations (licenses, medical certificates, contract training events, TSA, company training, etc.).
  • Internal record-keeping and quality control auditing
  • Auditing crew schedules and long-term scheduling requests - evaluating PTO, trades, and sick time.
  • Auditing Trip Packets (Domestic/International, Flight Plans, Load Manifests, and Trip Sheets) (TSA compliance).
  • Maintaining safety vendor requirements (Wyvern/ARGUS - monthly pilot hours, training event completions, certification updates, etc.).
  • Assisting in maintaining Company manuals and drafting Company memos, policies, and procedures as required.
  • Scheduling Flight Crew training events
  • Completing delegated projects to include audits, data trending, and other needs from regulatory/compliance requirements.
  • Stocking and ordering aircraft/pilot forms, equipment, and supplies.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to analyse data, generate reports, and develop processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, take ownership, and think strategically.
  • Willingness to work outside of regularly scheduled hours, as needed.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Apple business products, simple databasing, and Google Business Suite.

Education, Experience, and Licensing:

  • Bachelor s degree from a four-year college or university or similar work experience required.
  • 3+ years of aviation, transportation, or similar industry experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in compliance, record keeping and records control, or quality control auditing preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Working knowledge of all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) or the willingness and ability to learn.
  • Experience with tracking, trending, and reporting data effectively to management teams and other business partners.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to pass the TSA CHRC/SIDA Background Check.
