As a vital member of our retail store, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, from opening to closing, while maintaining a positive and upbeat environment. Responsibilities:

Opening and Closing Procedures:

  • Execute opening and closing procedures efficiently and accurately.
  • Ensure the store is presentable and fully operational at the beginning and end of each day.
  • Responsible for register operations throughout the day and during opening and closing shifts.

Customer Service:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with enthusiasm.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Foster a positive shopping experience, creating lasting impressions to drive customer loyalty.

Sales Goals:

  • Actively engage with customers to promote products and achieve sales goals.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of merchandise and effectively communicate product features and benefits.
  • Implement upselling techniques to maximize revenue and meet sales targets.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the store management team to execute sales strategies and promotional events.
  • Support and motivate team members to achieve individual and collective sales objectives.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting teamwork and camaraderie.

Inventory Management:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks.
  • Communicate inventory needs to management to ensure product availability.
  • Unpack and process inventory throughout the week.

Adherence to Policies and Procedures:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Uphold a high standard of integrity and professionalism in all interactions with customers and team members.


Qualifications:

  • Previous retail experience with a focus on customer service.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with opening and closing procedures in a retail setting is preferred.
  • Flexible schedule, some weekends, and holidays.
