Our client is seeking a Salesforce Architect!


Location: Remote

Type: Full-time

Salary: $170 - 180K + Bonus

Travel: Once per quarter for 2-days


Job Description:


We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Architect to join our client s team and lead the Salesforce platform transformation efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce technologies including legacy systems, APEX, Visual Force, Lightning, and a strong understanding of modern best practices. This role will be pivotal in driving the team towards the adoption of the latest technologies while providing strategic input to optimize our Salesforce ecosystem.


Responsibilities:


- Lead the team in migrating from legacy systems to modern Salesforce technologies, unwinding unhelpful customizations, and implementing new features as needed.

- Provide architectural guidance and input on buy vs build decisions, configure vs customize approaches, and utilization of workflow tools available within the Salesforce platform.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budget constraints.

- Act as a true Salesforce architect, making decisions to enhance system performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Communicate effectively with the executive team, providing recommendations on how to achieve success through Salesforce technology.

- Lead projects focused on system refactoring and optimization, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.


Requirements:


- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect, with a strong understanding of legacy systems,

-Experience leading and mentoring a team

- Proven track record of driving teams towards the adoption of the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, with a focus on optimizing system performance and efficiency.

- Ability to work effectively in a remote-first organization, with occasional travel for workshops.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
