Description
If you have experience working with customers, are an expert problem solver, and can maintain a sense of urgency and professionalism at all times, you might be a great fit to work for an established custom wood manufacturer in the city of Orange, CA.
Drawer Box Specialties (DBS) has been in business since 1987, serving custom crafters of furniture and cabinets, as well as the commercial and specialty casework and box markets. Over the years, we have provided customers across the United States with quality drawers and boxes, quick lead times, and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers and sales representatives in person and through phone or email to answer questions, handle complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience
- Recommend efficient and effective solutions to customers that uphold the Drawer Box Specialties brand
- Process and submit new customer orders, returns, or other requests
- Handle customer accounts and help them to process any issues with it
- Maintain and restore customer satisfaction of Drawer Box Specialties
- Work closely with other departments and participate in training of new customer service representatives and sales associates
- Follow instructions and retain information in a variety of positions
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
QualificationsQualifications:
- Ability to comfortably talk with others on the phone
- Excellent attention to detail
- Basic computer skills including ability to type efficiently and navigate technology
- Must be comfortable working with dimensions and measurements.
- Strong written and oral communication skills (including communication of information, building & achieving agreement and support, establishing specifications and procedures)
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
- Ability to think and problem solve effectively
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement of company and self
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and projects to completion with minimal supervision, while balancing competing priorities - and also creating a standardized framework for others to follow
- A plus, but not required: Fluent in Spanish reading, writing and speaking.
