Job Details
Performs Zeolyst-KC assignments involving the coordination of customer shipments and samples including QA. Also plays a large role in the inventory management of KC products and production entry into the company accounting management system..
Participates in plant wide HSE, quality and productivity initiatives
Ensure that the plant operates with health, safety, and the environment as the top priority
Performs Batch Selection for customer shipments verifying quality meets all customer requirements and ensures batches are on site when needed
Coordinates outbound and inbound shipments with the Logistics Planner and Shipping Operators as needed
Prepares shipping forms and all appropriate paperwork and labels
Coordinates material transfers with the off-site warehouse.
Assists Management with materials required to/from outside warehouse
Assists Management with warehouse inventory management
Maintain Location tracking in Physical Inventory Document
Lead month end inventory balancing and closing
Plays a lead role in the yearly inventory audit
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required - 4-year college degree preferred
Minimum 2 years experience in a production/manufacturing environment
Ability to communicate with excellent oral and written communication skills and be a team member, including mature/professional work relationship with fellow employees and plant staff
SAP experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Accounting skills highly desired
Inventory management skills desired
Quality Management Systems e.g
ISO 9001, ISO 14001 experience desired
