Role Description

The Ingleside Hotel and Conference Center is looking for an experienced Banquet Manager with strong leadership, organizational, communication, and guest service skills. Manage our busy Banquet Department to execute the Hotel's banquet functions, which range from small business meetings to large conventions, galas, and weddings. Oversee day-to-day banquet operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, coordinate with the food and beverage department, and hire and train banquet servers and set-up staff. Requires prior banquet/restaurant management experience. This $65-70K salaried position is part of our Hotel management team.
