Dispatcher


Job Details

Insight Global is looking for a Dispatcher for one of our HVAC sales and equipment clients. This person will be receiving 5-8 daily service requests from customers via phone and email and will be responsible for coordinating with 6 technicians and the sales team on specific requests. This person needs to have strong communication skills as they will be communicating with clients, technicians, sales team, and service manager and will be responsible for monitoring emails and service follow ups. They will coordinate with the clients for access to buildings/site, coordinate with the techs and clients on service appointments, and coordinate with the clients and techs on when parts will arrive, the status of the job completed, and when techs will return for repairs. The Dispatcher will identify parts requested by technicians, order and track equipment, and manage the dispatch dashboard daily assignments.
