Job Title: IT Program Manager
Duration: 10 Months (Possible extension)
Location: Boston, MA 02120 (Hybrid)

Pay Rate: $90-105/hr on W2 (Depends on experience)
Summary:
- The IT Program Manager - Applications will orchestrate and lead transformations of our application landscape, including bespoke solutions, SaaS and hosted applications. The project manager is responsible for a seamless transition while ensuring the continuity of critical business processes. For this, the project manager will work very closely with the application domain experts.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, resources, and risk assessments. Effectively manage project execution, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project milestones and budgets.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external partners. Proactively communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders, fostering collaboration and support.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential project risks, such as technical challenges, resource constraints, or external dependencies. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure project success.
- Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition for employees and stakeholders during the build-up and operational transformation.
Requirements:
- 2 5 Years of experience in Project- or Program management
- Process driven, structured
- Prefers excel over PowerPoint
- Project or program manager certification, like PMP.
- Nice to have: Medical device, medical technology, or high-tech industry experience within a manufacturing context.
