Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Tutor role at Stilwell's Learning Center LLC located in Hereford, AZ. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized instruction and support to students struggling with reading or math using our learning systems. Your day-to-day tasks will include communicating with the SLC team, assessing students' daily needs, monitoring progress, and providing feedback to students and their families.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge in the subjects of reading and math
Experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably with students who have learning difficulties
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students
Flexibility in adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to collaborate with colleagues and work as part of a team
Fingerprint card holder or willing to get one after initial hiring date
High School Diploma or equivalent
