As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for
Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting telemetry data to provide valuable insights into system behavior, performance trends, and user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles, emphasizing observability.
- Proficiency in scripting or any object-oriented language such as Java, Perl, Python, PowerShell, etc.
- Hands-on experience with public cloud service platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with cloud-native monitoring solutions such as AWS CloudWatch.
- Experience with Elastic Observability or similar tools for log analysis, metrics visualization, and distributed tracing.
- Knowledge of SNMP Management Information Base (MIB) files and OID structure.
- Experience integrating SNMP/API monitoring data with centralized systems or IT service management tools.
- Proficient understanding of the entire technology stack of the service, from application to infrastructure.
- Familiarity with storage, database, and network monitoring methodologies and tools.
- Understanding of observability standards and frameworks like OpenTelemetry for infrastructure monitoring.
- Exposure to AI Ops, Service Maps for comprehensive visualization and analysis of service dependencies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Awareness of enterprise architecture, design, and implementation principles.
- Exposure to big data tools such as Metricbeat for comprehensive observability coverage.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $65/hr. - $75/hr.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
