Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Develop Digital Recruitment Strategies for clinical trial recruitment in collaboration with Global Product Teams and study leaders.
  • Test and optimize engagement channels to accelerate clinical trial recruitment processes.
  • Implement digital recruitment strategies at both condition and study levels, aligning with the TA Digital Recruitment Strategy.
  • Oversee continuous optimization of engagement strategies for enterprise clinical trial recruitment services.
  • Manage risk, opportunities, and issues effectively across strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
  • Deliver governance-approved business cases within tolerance and cultivate key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, marketing, or technology-based subject area.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience, with relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Understanding of drug development processes and the impact of technology on these processes.
  • Experience in Digital Health with a solid understanding of healthcare.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge the status quo and hold self and others accountable.
  • Experience leading implementation and strategy development teams in a global environment.
  • Experience in implementing or overseeing digital marketing campaigns is beneficial but not essential.
