Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with families.
Educate clients about the benefits of preplanning funeral arrangements.
Customize funeral and memorial service packages to meet individual needs.
Provide compassionate support and guidance throughout the decision-making process.
Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless preneed arrangements.
Qualifications:
Highly self-motivated with strong time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy and sensitivity when dealing with grieving families.
Sales Experience a plus, but not required.
A strong desire to help others and make a difference.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver s license.
Strong attention to detail to manage multiple aspects of funeral service. Thoroughness in documenting.
Cultural sensitivity, awareness, and respect for diverse cultural and religious practices.
Comfortable working in a sensitive and compassionate environment.
Maintain professional demeanor and appearance.
