Plant Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations at the plant

Plant Manager Qualifications:
- A Bachelor s degree or higher in Engineering or Chemistry is required.
- Minimum 10 years' experience managing plants that manufacture chemicals.
- Leadership skills necessary to manage staff effectively;
- Sound knowledge of OSHA guidelines;
- Proven track record implementing lean-manufacturing principles ;
- Familiarity working on projects involving process improvement ,and cost reduction .
