HealthPlus Staffing is looking for Client Managers / Healthcare Recruiters to join our team (Commission only basis). HealthPlus Staffing is a leader in the healthcare staffing industry, providing services to hospitals, clinics, and private practices nationwide. We focus on Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and ancillary staff for both clinical and non-clinical roles. We take pride in our vetting abilities and are looking for strong minded individuals who can work independently, and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience as an Agency Recruiter, has a track-record of success, bring in new business as an Account Manager in Healthcare-Related Industries.

Job Duties

Sourcing, Negotiating and Managing client within the Healthcare spaceSource, screen, interview, and introduce candidates to our large database of clients nationwideEnsure that candidate records are accurate and up to date within CRMUtilize social media to promote our job openings and find new candidatesMust be able to adapt to challenging situations, and be solution-based orientedMust communicate effectively with providers regarding job opportunitiesMust be comfortable with negotiating with candidatesMust possess a professional level of written and oral communication skillAverage compensation is $100,000+ the very first yearAverage commissions per deal of $3,000Cold-calling clients/candidates

Qualifications

2+ years of successful performance in RecruitingCreative and motivated approach to create, maintain, and grow book of businessMust be coachable and willing to learnMust be goal oriented and organizedKnowledge in the medical space is preferred, but not requiredAbility to meet weekly KPI'sMust have a computer and cell phone to operate effectivelyThis must be your ONLY jobMust utilize and market HealthPlus Staffing on your LinkedIn accountMust be available during normal business hoursMust be ALL-IN
