System Administrator | up to $100K + Bonus | Hybrid- Santa Cruz/Monterey/Santa Clara
For over 20 + years this community bank has been serving individuals in Santa Clara, Santa Cruz and Monterey counties. They continue to grow and build out an internal IT team that has amazing tenure and prides themselves on career growth and internal promotions.
Today, the are looking to add a Systems Administrator that will have the opportunity to cross train in a variety of IT support with the opportunity to lead projects directly with business units.
Key Skill Sets:
- Active Directory
- Azure Environment (hybrid - on prem & cloud)
- MS Intune, Exchange Online
- Team Player, Soft Skills (very collaborative, supportive team)
Bonus: experience in banking industry
Location: HQ in Watsonville but have branches in Santa Clara, Santa Cruz and Monterey counties so can work from a variety of locations.
First 3 months in office followed by hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 remote)
Compensation: $80 - $100K (depending on experience) + Bonus + 401K Match + Top Benefits (includes all federal holidays!)
