Responsible for hotel guest billing disputes and folio requests, as well as pre-arrival billing questions. Ideally well versed in Marriott rewards programs and basic hotel operations. Luxury customer service experience preferred.
**Education and Experience**
* High school diploma or GED; hotel experience preferred but not required.
* Microsoft Office
**CORE WORK ACTIVITIES**
* Rectifying guest folio concerns in a timely manner
* Answering front office billing requests via GXP, phone and email.
* Provides excellent customer service.
* Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
* Responds effectively to guest problems and complaints.
The budgeted range starts at $20.00 - $24.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
