JOB SUMMARY

  • Under the general direction of the Director of Physician Clinics and Office Manager and the technical direction of the physician will coordinate registration, telephone conversations, appointments, faxes and other front office functions in an efficient manner.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS

Physical
  • Medium work, exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally
  • Exerting 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently.
  • Ability to lift more than 50 pounds.
  • May sit for long periods, but with frequent interruptions of standing and walking.
  • Subject to stress and fatigue.
  • Requires ability to work where activities are characterized by frequent change.
  • Health Exposure to infectious and communicable diseases.
  • Some exposure to toxic substances, medicinal preparations and other conditions common to physician offices.
