SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Cuv e is looking to add dynamic, technology-proficient, and process-oriented Sales Interns to our team. We re looking for a highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic individuals who thrives in an entrepreneurial-style environment, where the pace is fast and urgent. The objective will be to assist our sales team in converting inbound travel requests from multiple verticals and channels.

The Sales Intern will be responsible for the following actions:


  • Improve response time for inbound travel requests
  • Research potential clients to qualify inbound travel requests
  • Update Salesforce database with relevant client information
  • Prepare sales reps for client calls with relevant client and opportunity information
  • Research property availability and pricing to recommend appropriate offers
  • Draft offer proposals for sales reps to send to clients
  • Update Salesforce database with sales activity and opportunity progression
  • Draft and update sales communication templates
  • Create reports and dashboards in Salesforce to track sales results
  • Analyze and make recommendations for sales process improvements
  • Assist with sales training for new properties and destinations
  • Support team by ideating new opportunities for brand, marketing, and social media exposure
  • Audit property and destination content for improvement and enhancement


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree (or degree in process with less than 18 months remaining to degree completion) required;
  • Experience with CRM (ideally Hubspot) is preferred;
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Previous inside sales / customer service responsibility highly desired;
  • Driven to succeed and work in a rapidly growing, team-based environment;
  • Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal;
  • Operates with a sense of urgency and strives for higher standards;
  • Effective time management skills.
