****Job Description****
This position involves building high pressure hydraulic hose assemblies to service the onsite final customer. These hoses are used on garbage trucks, built on site.
****Job Responsibilities****
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
* Follow Control plans to ensure you are building a quality product
* Ensure you are following all safety policies within Danfoss
* Cut Hose, Assemble fittings, crimp fittings to hose, complete quality checks, to complete a final assembly.
* Work with a group of 5 other operators to meeting daily production needs of the
****Background & Skills****
Required -
* High School Diploma or GED required,
* Able to use a tape measure,
* Able to learn calipers,
* Able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular bases,
* Able to stand for most of the day,
* Able to work OT as needed during the week and weekends.
Preferred qualifications
* Experience with machine setup,
* Experience in a fast paced production environment,
* Experience with working in a team
Job Criteria
* Computer skills
* Able to measure with a tape measure and calipers
* Ability to work in a team
* Knowledge of general operation of a production cell
