Human Resources Director

Job Details

Though the official title of this role is Chief of Staff, it's important to highlight that the job will encompass many of the facets of an HR Director.

Introduction: Our client's family roots trace back four generations in the construction industry, and they take great pride in being a family-centric business that's now expected to perform $160m in revenue this year, with a client base spanning local firms and Fortune 500 companies. Our client has hired lots of talented folks from large companies in D.C and the most consistent feedback they get from those that join is that the systems, processes, and the utilization of technology in place is typically way ahead of a 10 year old business; blended with a culture of meritocracy and entrepreneurship.

Our client is proud, unashamedly ambitious, and still in the very early stages of their journey. Their aim, by 2030, is to grow to a $1bn company. With continued growth in existing markets, expansion to new, and by continuing to implement the right corporate infrastructure, this business has the right plans, funding, and most of all - desire and hunger to achieve its goals.
