Information Technology Support Technician


Job Details

We are seeking a Junior IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting AV systems, proficiency with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Admin center, and knowledge of inventory management.


Responsibilities:

  1. Create and maintain user accounts using Active Directory and Microsoft 365 admin center.
  2. Install, deploy, and provide support for standard and multi-function network-based printers.
  3. Configure and update network software, maintain hardware, and manage network devices.
  4. Keep inventory records of workstations, mobile phones, and other devices.
  5. Conduct diagnostic tests, perform repairs, and develop data archiving, backup, and retrieval procedures.
  6. Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting for all IT-related issues, including routing tickets within Freshdesk to the appropriate team.
  7. Support video conferencing events by ensuring necessary supplies are available and troubleshooting any technical issues.


Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting AV systems, particularly with MS Teams and Zoom for meetings.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, including user account creation, and comfort working with the Microsoft 365 Admin center.
  • Knowledge of inventory management practices.
  • Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
