One of our clients in Virginia needs a Unreal Developer for a permanent position.
- Position: Unreal Developer
- Location: Remote, but local to Ashburn, VA a plus
- Position Type: Permanent position.

Job Description:
The Senior Unreal Developer will help innovate Brightlines new and growing product ecosystem that leverages groundbreaking spatial computing and AI capabilities. This person will help execute critical development tasks on major contracts and internal efforts to help provide innovative solutions to agencies and companies in both the private and public sectors.
This person should have 8+ years of experience in simulation technologies and should have a passion for product development. This role will communicate daily with the CTO and EVP, of Products and will work on a team of 6-8 fellow developers.
Responsibilities:
This person will have experience developing within the following simulation frameworks:
- Unreal Engine (C++, Blueprints)
- Multiplayer experience
- Universal Scene Description (OpenUSD) (developing with layers, scene composition, and variants, )
- Experience integrating third-party plugins and external
- Optimization and performance tuning
- Foundational/general knowledge of 3D modeling work?ows (Maya, 3DS Max, Blender)
Nice to have:
- Houdini (Digital Assets, Vex, Python)
- Cesium/Cesium Ion (gLTF, 3D Tiles)
- Unity (C#)
- Experience with Pixel Streaming and cloud-based
- Working knowledge of AWS solutions (e.g. EC2, S3, Lambda and VAMS)
- Military Simulation background
