Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious Sales Intern who will join the Wellbots team in our New York office.
Main responsibilities:
Achieve sales over the phone and live chat
Grow sales by contacting existing and potential customers (by phone & email)
Provide stellar service to existing and prospective customers
Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features
Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Submit RFQs and RFIs when needed
Upsell complimentary products when available
Sign and onboard relevant brands to secure B2B/B2G sales
Develop stronger relations with existing partners and help them close their leads
Design cold outreach campaigns
Qualifications
Proven internship experience in sales / customer service or cold outreach
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Growth mindset ambition and goal driven approach to KPIs
