General Description
This is a full-time, on-site Residential Design Development Specialist role located in Southlake, Texas
Comprehension of schematic designs
Create a 3D model of assigned projects in CAD
Accurate Construction Documents, including: Form Set Plan, Soffit details, Entry Surround details
Participate in team meetings
Visit jobsites to review areas of improvement
Performing quality checks on team member s projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with 3 or more years of residential design specialization
- Conceptual understanding of scale, balance, proportion and massing
- Knowledge of building and construction codes and regulations in both state and local jurisdictions
- Expertise in ArchiCAD preferred
- High focus on quality in Construction Documentation
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with the project team
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
