Job Details

STUDIO Architecture is a Denver-based design firm specializing in multi-family residential, mixed-use, and commercial office projects in the Midwest and Colorado. We are seeking an exceptional Project Manager with a proven ability to work with a team on multiple multifamily projects.


Experience Requirements:

  • 10 plus years of experience producing construction documents and coordinating specifications for medium to large multifamily residential and mixed-use projects of 100 units or more.
  • Accredited Bachelor s degree in Architecture (Required)
  • Colorado Architecture License (Preferred)
  • Experience coordinating projects with specification writers, structural, MEP, civil and other engineering and design consultants.
  • Experience leading drafting staff during schematic design, design development, construction document, and construction administration phases.
  • Experience detailing building envelopes and other systems in wood frame, concrete and steel construction.
  • Experience integrating building, energy and accessibility code requirements into multifamily residential projects.
  • Additional experience with commercial office and interiors projects preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and project management skills required including ability to manage the work of in-house and remote architectural teams through email, Slack, Zoom, etc.
  • Ability to work well with in-house staff and colleagues as well as build quick rapport with consultants and contractors.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks remotely, track project status, identify production issues, and report weekly to principals and associates on progress.
  • Ability to successfully work remotely, be a self-starter and work independently with our team and consultants.
  • Experience with multiple concurrent projects preferred while maintaining production schedules and meeting project deadlines.
  • Experience with entitlement and building permit review processes as well as efficiently and effectively responding to city comments at all stages of the design and construction processes.
  • Experience with construction observation/administration phase work preferred including attending OAC meetings, responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals and shop drawings, tracking construction progress, creating field reports, reviewing meeting minutes, monitoring construction quality, etc.
  • Working knowledge of Revit and SketchUp preferred including the ability to make drawing edits and corrections in Bluebeam.
  • Knowledge of MS Project, Word, Excel, Slack and Smartsheets preferred.


Work Location:

  • Local to Denver Office Required (hybrid opportunity)
  • Monday through Friday: 8 am-6 pm Mountain Time
