**Job Summary:**
The General Laborer performs a variety of tasks involving physical labor on residential construction projects. This position may operate hand tools and power tools, and may clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, clean up rubble and debris, and remove waste materials. This person represents the company with the highest level of integrity, character, professionalism, courtesy, and ethics.
**Qualifications:**
* High School diploma is required
* Minimum of 1 year of residential construction experience
* Ability to perform physical requirements, including but not limited to stooping, use of ladders, lifting 75 pounds, and traversing rough terrain
* Must be able to work in adverse weather
* Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) preferred
* 0% remote work
* Ability to take direction and make suggestions when appropriate

* Work independently as well as in a group setting
* Adapt to an ever-changing environment
Responsibilities:
* Maintain a clean job site by picking up all tools and equipment, sweep out houses, clear garages of rubble and debris, clear lots of trash and any potential safety hazards
* Unload trucks and haul materials
* Direct traffic at or near building sites when necessary
* Assist Superintendents with clerical duties
* Perform other duties as needed or required
Work Environment:
* Periodically uses an iPad with repeated movements to enter data, differentiate between colors, shades and brightness, and read from a screen
* Regularly standing, crawling, bending, and stooping, and often handles heavy objects
* Interacts with homeowners, trade partners, and Superintendents
* Will not be working remotely
