As an Account Manager for our client, a leading real estate marketplace, you will play a pivotal role serving as a strategic resource to realtors helping them improve digital marketing and advertising initiatives. Through captivating presentations and strategic partnership, you ll guide prospective real estate agents to successfully utilize our client s innovative platform to drive sales growth for themselves.
This role is based in Richmond, VA (competitive relocation offered) and is 4 days per week onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Account Growth Strategy: Identify new business opportunities and enhance existing relationships through upselling and renewals.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor for their strategic marketing plans.
- Industry Expertise: Develop proficiency in digital advertising, multifamily real estate, and market trends within your territory.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to boost sales revenue and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Customer Success Focus: Offer exceptional customer support through regular communication, providing market insights, and delivering goal-oriented solutions.
Basic Qualifications:
- Two or more years of B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or advertising.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a consultative environment.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing.
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Flexible self-starter with excellent organizational and communication abilities, including customer relationship management.
