Responsibilities
1.Benefits Management
- Manage all aspects of the benefits plan, answer questions, be support and the go-to person
- Manage Workers Compensation
- Handle all Leaves
- Reporting, spreadsheets and presentations to leadership
- High volume caseloads
- HRIS management
- Research and problem solving
- Work closely with leadership and Human Resources
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5+ years' experience in benefits
- Strong HRIS skills
- Experience problem solving, researching and presenting to all levels
