We do a variety of interior and exterior work all throughout Rochester with a focus on high-end residential.

Job Description:

As an employee at GB Painting, you will play a key role in delivering top-notch painting services to our valued clients. Your attention to detail, execution of painting techniques, and commitment to excellence will be instrumental in achieving outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and priming.
• Apply paint and/or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use protective equipment as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Willingness to work as a teammate toward accomplishing the goals for each day.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Adherence to scheduled hours.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to comply with safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment.
• Proven painting experience is a plus.
