Minimum 1+ years nursing experience required. **Job Description: CVOR RN** **Location:** Fairfax (Travelers & Locals welcome) **Shift:** 6:00 AM - 7:30 PM with call **Responsibilities:** - **Scrubbing and Circulating:** Must possess 3 to 5 years of recent experience in scrubbing and circulating for complex cardiac, thoracic, and vascular cases. - **Case Experience:** Experience with a wide range of cases including, but not limited to, Coronary Artery Bypass (primary and redo's), aortic aneurysms, AVR's & MVR's (primary and redo's), TAVR's, ECMO, and VAD's (adult required; pediatrics a plus). - **Critical Thinking:** Ability to multitask and apply critical thinking skills effectively in high-pressure situations. - **Research Protocols:** Familiarity with numerous ongoing research protocols. - **Certifications:** BLS certification (must be AHA) required.
