Our client has an exciting opportunity for a junior Finance associate to join the Finance & Transactions team in our Chicago or New York office. About You:
- You have 2 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm;
- You have experience with drafting loan documents and managing loan transactions;
- You have experience managing multiple matters simultaneously;
- You have a J.D. degree and strong academic credentials; and
- You are admitted in (and in good standing with) or taking steps to become admitted in the applicable jurisdiction (Illinois or New York).
