Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Retail Associate at our Los Angeles location. The Retail Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, packing in-person shopping and online orders, as well as ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. They will also assist with visual merchandising and ensuring the store is clean and presentable, in addition to back of house organization and stock flow management.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Experience in providing exceptional customer-focused service
- Familiarity with Shopify and Shopify POS
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Relevant skills or qualifications that would be beneficial include previous retail experience, knowledge of fashion trends, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
