I am seeking an experienced Trust and Estates Paralegal for a growing firm in Rockville, MD. This individual will work closely with attorneys and clients on complex estate and trust administration matters in Maryland, DC and Virginia. Reach out today to learn more.
Background:
- 3 years' of experience as a trust and estate paralegal
- Assist attorneys in drafting and preparing estate planning documents
- Prepare probate fililngs including petitions for probate, inventories and tax returns
- Trust administration duties including expenses, distributions and filing returns
- Strong organizational and writing skills
- Paralegal Certificate or a bachelor's degree is required
