Description
A maintenance rebuild technician is responsible for repairing and refurbishing various equipment and machinery used in production processes. They perform tasks such as disassembling, cleaning, inspecting, replacing, and reassembling parts of glue pots, pumps, and other machinery items. They also test the functionality and performance of the rebuilt equipment and ensure they meet the quality standards and specifications. A maintenance rebuild technician should have technical skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Disassemble, inspect, and repair glue pots, pumps, and other machinery items used in productionReplace or refurbish worn or damaged parts and componentsTest and calibrate rebuilt machinery items to ensure proper functionality and performanceMaintain inventory of spare parts and toolsFollow safety procedures and quality standardsRequirements
