Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Director of eCommerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to significantly expand the client s eCommerce business, leveraging our strong retail presence in Los Angeles to amplify our online footprint.
- Lead the development and execution of innovative marketing, merchandising, and operational strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experiences in the digital space.
- Oversee the integration of eCommerce initiatives with existing retail operations, ensuring alignment and synergy across all channels.
- Collaborate closely with company leadership to align eCommerce initiatives with broader business objectives and priorities, driving cross-channel growth and success.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the fashion eCommerce space.
- Drive a culture of innovation and experimentation, constantly seeking new ways to optimize performance and exceed business goals.
- Build and lead a high-performing eCommerce team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and accountability.
- Organize and facilitate photoshoots to get our merchandise ready for sale online.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce roles, with a track record of scaling fashion eCommerce businesses.
- Deep understanding of fashion eCommerce platforms, technologies, and industry best practices. Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Instagram & Google preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful eCommerce marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on fashion and apparel.
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
