Introduction:
Warehouse Analyst acts as liaison between the company and our 3PL; support Planning, Customer Service and Management. Key Candidate has full understanding of Logistics, Warehouse operation and E2E Supply Chain activities.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
End-user support:
- Monitoring all daily transactions
- Monitoring inventory accuracy and executing improvement plans
- Completing required transactions such as Migo, inventory movements and adjustments.
- Weekly visits to the warehouse to review Quality and audit standard processes.
- Scheduling Freight with Brokers
- Communicating with all local and International Carriers
- Support any Quality audits and Sorts
- Oversee all general warehouse responsibilities with 3PL
- Inventory Reporting
- KPI Reporting
- Lead all Physical Inventory at 3PL
- Billing reconciliation and approving Freight bills
Profile / Experience & Technical Competencies:
- Associate s Degree
- 5 years experience in Warehouse Operations
- Leadership experience
- Experience in working in a global, complex organizations
Conditions:
- Business working knowledge of English, both verbal and in writing
- Business process knowledge of Supply Chain at large
- Appreciation of applied business information systems (ERP)
- Able to asses and manage changes in a complex local environment: setting priorities, assessing risks, proposing alternative solutions

Base Salary Range:
$70,800-$101,100 per year
