Job Details
My client is a mid-sized company that manufactures a fiber additive used to enhance Asphalt. We are looking for a sales rep in Texas and Arizona. This person will sell to asphalt manufacturers, contractors, corporations that may have their own maintenance divisions and state and local government.
The Texas rep will cover Texas, Louisiana, and New Mexico.
The Arizona rep will cover Arizona, Utah and Nevada.
A qualified candidate will have:
- 3 plus years of outside sales experience calling on contractors or OEMS
- The ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Experience selling to state and local government is a strong plus
- Experience getting a product specified for use is a strong plus
- Four-year college degree
Compensation will include a base salary and an uncapped commission structure. First year earnings should be 120-150k with the opportunity to make significantly more.
