Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced, dependable, and punctual CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical skills and will be responsible for the maintenance of our production machinery, including CNCs, grinders, lathes, and other equipment.
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay Rate: $24-30/hr (Depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC machines (Mazak), grinding machines, and all fabrication-related equipment in the shop.
- Conduct troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical issues to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Wire and replace motors on machines as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and address maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in CNC maintenance or similar role preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment effectively.
- Proficiency in wiring and replacing motors on machines.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
