Your Role:

As a Marketing and Communications Account Manager at TMA, you will not only be the primary point of contact for clients, but you will also actively support them with your expertise in marketing and communications. You will collaborate closely with specialists to develop and execute innovative strategies, ensuring the success of our clients' campaigns.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, understanding their goals and objectives, and developng tailored strategies to achieve them effectively
  • Actively participate in client meetings, offering insights and recommendations based on your marketing and communications expertise
  • Develop compelling narratives and communication plans to effectively convey the stories our clients
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, conducting research, and assisting in project planning to drive impactful campaigns
  • Manage and curate assets to support client projects, ensuring consistency and accuracy in messaging
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing communications, and tracking project progress
  • Write and edit content for various platforms, maintaining brand voice and messaging consistency
  • Collaborate with designers to develop visually appealing marketing materials, such as flyers, graphics, and other collateral
  • Manage the workflow, project timeline, and task distribution among the client team
  • Use a project management tool as primary method for collaboration internally
  • Implement consistent standards for client account management, both internally (project management tool, etc.) and externally (email, reporting, client calls, etc.)
  • Responsible for effectively managing client account budget on a monthly basis


Qualifications:

  • Advanced writing and communication skills, with a passion for marketing, advertising, or communications
  • Keen attention to every detail
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in communications, marketing, and/or public relations
  • Proficiency in writing styles like AP or Chicago desired
  • Social media management and/or graphic design skills would be a plus
  • Previous experience with updating content via WordPress or other CMS would be advantageous


Location and Amenities:

You will be based in our office located in Warner Robins, GA, where you'll experience the collaborative spirit of TMA firsthand. While we prefer in-office presence for most days to foster teamwork and creativity, we understand the importance of flexibility. Hence, we may offer partially hybrid work arrangement to accommodate individual needs. Our office environment is both professional and welcoming, and you'll have the opportunity to work alongside our "Barketing Team" in our dog-friendly workspace.
