Our team in East Point currently has an opening for a ProductionOperator
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Duties include loading and unloading trucks
- Filling drums & totes with chemicals
- This role will be in the tank farm/production
- Container preparation (labeling, stenciling, etc.)
- Maintain shipping and receiving logs
- Makes sure that incoming and outgoing products and material are in good condition
- Move raw materials to the production area and moves finished products to the warehouse
- Required to lift up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 100 pounds
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Comfortable with the use of a Forklift, and general warehouse duties
YOUR PROFILEEducation and Experience:- Chemical or warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Required to lift up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 100 pounds
- Job duties require the work to be performed outdoors for majority of the shift
- Comfortable with the use of a Forklift, and general warehouse duties
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- High school diploma or GED
1Minimum Age - 18 years of age.
2Experience - 1-2 years chemical experience
Skills
Able to perform all functions of loading, unloading, stacking, palletizing, storage, and movement of material.
Minimum 100 lbs. lifting ability.
Possess or able to pass exam to obtain Forklift Operators license and demonstrate ability to operate a forklift safely.
Able to pass company physical and all training requirements, including wearing PPE-Personal Protective Equipment.
Minimum Education -
High School Education or equivalent (or in the process of receiving G.E.D.)
