We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic, and passionate professional to join our Summits division and Sales team as an Account Executive. In this role, you will be connecting with key industry leaders to help companies better their business through elite, specialized B2B events.

This is an in-person role located in our *New York *office.

*Key Responsibilities*

Generating and prospecting new leads to create book of business.

Contacting, qualifying, and engaging prospects through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.

Negotiating and closing contracts with C-level decision makers by learning about their growth goals and converting that intelligence into business opportunities.

Keeping an organized record of sales activity and pipeline.

Nurturing new and existing client relationships.

Traveling to destination cities nationwide to tend to clients.

Acting on behalf of the company and our clients in the delivery of our exceptional products and services.

*Qualifications*

2-5 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a corporate setting.

Excellent communication skills in English is a must!

Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.

Foundational understanding of sales.

A proven track record of accomplishing ambitious goals, be it in your professional career or personal life. We want to hear all about your big wins!

A positive, can-do attitude.

*Compensation and Benefits*

Competitive annual salary and OTE based on monthly commission and repeat business: During your first year of employment, you will receive a monthly salary of $3,000 + an additional monthly guaranteed onboarding salary equal to $1,167 + after a short probation period, an additional monthly salary on account of commission equal to $2,000 per month + a generous commissions scheme, with potential of 6-figure earnings in year one.
