**Pay:** $16.00-$20.00/hr. DOE.

**Work Hours:** 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday through Friday, overtime as needed
**Position Summary:** We currently have an opening for a **Customer Service Representative**. In this role, you will be making inbound and outbound calls, converting the calls into booked service appointments, responding to customers requests, resolving issues, and promoting the company. We expect our customer service representative to be professional, offer wonderful service, and be extremely organized to track sales leads and follow up on them. **Required Qualifications:**
* Pass pre-employment drug and background screen
* High school diploma or general education degree
* Prior experience working in a customer service role
* Conduct self in a professional manner
* Possess advanced customer service skills
* Operate a multi-line phone system
* Must be highly organized
* Great customer service skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
