The FN Replenishment Buyer will be responsible for driving the test and reorder model for assigned categories to ensure best selling products are reordered in a timely manner at the best possible cost and quality. The Replenishment Buyer will need to react fast in order to bring back the merchandise to the customers.

**Responsibilities**

* Establish good vendor relations to get the best possible deliveries at optimum cost and best quality

* Communicate with vendors on item availability including:

+ In stock units by size and other color offerings

+ Incoming stock/pre-orders by size and delivery dates

+ Custom cut dates and MOQs

* Negotiate discounts and best possible costs

* Negotiate air costs if needed at an earlier date

* Presents recommendations to Senior Replenishment Planner for approval

* Enter purchase orders into the system and/or uploads orders

* Recommend color/print expansion of core items/key buys to Merchandise Directors

* Recommend counter sourcing with other vendors if facing problem deliveries

* Coordinate with Product Development if needed on core programs/key items

* Review selling reports to keep track of how reorders are selling

* Monitor program buys and core items to help manage the flow; i.e. move up or move back

* Recommend promotional activity if needed to drive additional sales volume

* Aware of fashion market trends and new, current and emerging best practice within merchandising/buying

* Any other duties assigned by management

**Required Skills**

* BA/BS degree preferred; or demonstrated skill in financial analysis

* Must have excellent time-management and organization skills

* Ability to consistently meet deadlines with little to no supervision

* Team player and open to dialogue

* Must be able to effectively communicate

* Advanced knowledge of retail math

* Accuracy

* Attention to detail
