We are looking for team members that enjoy an active, fast-paced, and dynamic environment. Primary responsibilities may include and are not limited to:
- Pulling and Packaging Orders
- Managing/Restocking Inventory
- Manufacturing of Architectural Products (Wood, PVC, Urethane)
Compensation:
- Starting Wage - up to $14.00 per hour (Includes $11.00 per hour base pay and $3.00 per hour Average Commission)
- Commission - Based on Attendance, Productivity, Lead Time, Order Quality
- Tenure Raises - $.25 Increase every 3 Months for Initial 2 Years, and every 4 Months for Years 3 and 4
