Our IT Support Department plays a crucial role in ensuring our employees have the tools and support they need to excel in their roles. We are looking for an IT Support Representative to join our team and assist in maintaining our technology-driven environment, with a primary focus on Office 365 and Microsoft Windows network support.

As an IT Support Representative at Neighborhood Loans, you'll be an essential part of our organization, responsible for ensuring that our employees can work efficiently and without technical hindrances. If you have a strong knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft Windows networks, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 technical support to Neighborhood Loan employees, addressing issues related to Office 365, Microsoft Windows networks, and mortgage systems.
  • Assist in reducing downtime by promptly identifying, prioritizing, and resolving technical issues that impact employee productivity.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and external 3rd party support resources to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Process onboarding and offboarding requests, setting up workstations, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
  • Track and manage network inventory, including the physical setup of workstations and related equipment.
  • Control access and authentication to network resources and services to ensure data security.
  • Assist in vendor management and coordination to ensure effective support and service delivery.
  • Document issue resolutions and IT processes.


Qualifications:

  • A strong understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office 365 applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting and basic workstation hardware setup.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • CompTIA or Microsoft Certifications and experience within ticketing/PSA and RMM systems are a plus, but not required
