TEC Group International have been engaged on a Maintenance Manager role with Fortune 500 chemical client. This is an exciting position with a market leading business. We are looking for a strong leader and communicator who can lead large maintenance teams on a PSM regulated site.
Position Requirements:
Superior leadership and management skills with a proven ability to coordinate employees, teams, and departments with different skills and backgrounds.
Thorough understanding of OSHA and EPA regulations as they pertain to plant operation and maintenance.
Ability to understand and operate the systems and equipment used at the facility.
Ability to perform and analyze various system checks.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering (ABET)
At least ten years of experience in supervisory positions that combine technical, managerial, and financial expertise required.
Must have overseen at least 30 employees and have experience managing hourly staff
