The Company


Founded in the 2010s, this robot manufacturer is looking to revolutionize a variety of industries, including food, transportation and manufacturing. Starting with the Food & Beverage industry, the organisation is challenging food assembly processes globally, with the team coming from companies, including Google, Meta, Tesla and Amazon Robotics.


Following a 10x growth rate over the last 2 years, the company is set to rapidly expand their operations in the US.


Role Summary


As a Manufacturing Robot Wrangler, you will work on the food assembly lines at customer sites, supporting manufacturing supervisors and operators.


You will be responsible for aligning customer manufacturing schedules with the robot setup, assisting the customer's team in learning how to use the robots most effectively to increase output.


Responsibilities


  • Organize the robot timetable on site and the customer's manufacturing schedules.
  • Support assembly line managers decide how to employ the robots; coordinating with them to transfer robots to the line; setting up robots to process a certain ingredient and meal.
  • Assisting with the robots' setup and operation; providing on-site assistance with minor repairs and troubleshooting.
  • Plan, organize, and carry out duties for field robot maintenance, repair, and inspection.
  • Provide clients with maintenance and operating training.
  • Identify, discuss, and appropriately record product flaws, complaints, and enhancements.
  • When necessary, escalate issues to the relevant resource for resolution.


Ideal Requirements


  • 3+ years' experience in Manufacturing Support.
  • Flexibility to work a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to document tasks performed according to SOPs and documenting problems or failures in the product, process or equipment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Fluency in Spanish - Advantage
  • Manufacturing Automation experience - Advantage
